I ordered the wrong product thinking this was a heated footrest. It was mailed back to the supplier almost 3 weeks ago and I have had no word if they received it.

I bought it for my mom, who works via home office. It seems to do its job, and I’m pretty sure she’s happy with it. I’m not sure that the cost was appropriate for a plastic foot rest that moves up and down and tilts.

The footrest works well. I like the larger size of it, compared with many other on the market. It is almost easily adjustable. Some reviewers have complained about the odor. It does have an odor, but tends to wear off after a few days. It is not as offensive as some people described, or maybe it just doesn’t offend me that much. Good product. I am happy with it.

The foot rest works very well. But the fresh rubber odor is offensive. I’ve kept it outdoors – in the sunshine. I washed it with water, vinegar, cologne, talcum powder. That’s one stubborn odor, but it is bearable now.

This has all the adjustable features you would want for a footrest. The quality of the platic is great.
However, the rubber that your rest your feet on smell so bad that I’m sure whoever makes this footrest will have cancer. I had to leave it in the garage for days before I could use it and I’m sure to not put my bare feet on it. Lawyers, have at it.
